State-administered death is always a greater horror than any other by virtue of the methodical reasoning that precedes it. French philosopher Albert Camus wrote that "capital punishment is the most premeditated of murders". "The United States' concept of justifiable homicide/Executions in criminal law stands on the dividing line between an excuse, justification and an exculpation. In other words, it takes a case that would otherwise have been a murder or another crime representing intentional killing, and either excuses or justifies the individual accused from all criminal liability or treats the accused differently from other intentional killers.

Do you hear me cry?

Current case summary 2/24/05 - Reasonable Doubt ... And Beyound

Werner Herzog's "Into the Abyss"

Do you hear me cry?

Do you hear me cry?

As I m on these empty streets

all by myself...

  Pushed here by a reality

to harsh to be accepted by family...

  Do you hear me cry?

As I m running from the danger,

  that each corner brings,

a life lived in fear,

bullets drowned out my screams ...

Do you hear my cry??

  As I m curled in a ball

behind this dumpster,

  Pains rack my body,

as I give into the hunger ... ...

  Do you hear my cry??

As I m in this dark hole,

the one I now call home.

Its so cold ... I m so scared ...

Is this the end? a life lived all alone? ....

  Do you hear me cry?

In hate! Right here!

  Can't you see me??

Can't you hear me?

  Look past the propaganda,

turn off the T.V.

  look beyond my tears

and see ... its just me ...

  Do you hear me cry??

As I m sentenced to death

  proclaimed to be a monster,

a life yet lived

A child used as society hampster ...

Do you hear me cry?

As I try to seek justice.

Swimming in lies as thicc as smoke

  appealing to societys courts,

only to realize, its all just a joke! ...

  Do you hear me cry?

As I fight to educate

a system full of deadly flaws

do you sit on the sidelines,

or join the game, and stand tall??

  Do you hear me cry?

My attemps at enlightenement

or do I waste my tears,

as the system rapidly drowns me,

do my words fall on deaf ears?

  Do you hear my cry???
