State-administered death is always a greater horror than any other by virtue of the methodical reasoning that precedes it. "The United States' concept of justifiable homicide/Executions in criminal law stands on the dividing line between an excuse, justification and an exculpation. In other words, it takes a case that would otherwise have been a murder or another crime representing intentional killing, and either excuses or justifies the individual accused from all criminal liability or treats the accused differently from other intentional killers.

Briefly about myself....

       I am a 39 yr. old African-American, and the father of (2) beautiful teenage-children. My top priority is to relentlessly fight this wrongful conviction punishment on appeal, until this conviction for a crime that I did not commit is “Overturned”. In the process of this battle…. I enjoy work-outs @ least 5-days out the week. With respect to health, I practice healthy eating habits. I enjoy a wide range of music, and would like to consider myself an eclectic man. I’m a voracious reader. I love to learn. I enjoy “art”, and history is one of my favorite subjects, I’m peoples-person and I love open-minded people of natural goodwill. 

I would love to correspond with someone of like-minds…. Someone that’s ready to share the magic of friendship ,and enjoy all the laughter and joy that comes with it!

With that said… I hope to hear from you soon, and until I do, you will my greatest regard.
